Eight hands-on tools that turn the chapters into numbers you can act on. Move a slider, change a figure, watch the chart answer.
Score your product from 0 to 10 on each word, honestly (Chapter 1). Watch what the average hides.
What does one customer really earn you (Chapter 5)? Change the numbers to your own. All amounts are in dollars; use your own currency if you prefer, as long as you use it throughout.
Enter how many people from one sign-up group are still active at each week (Chapter 10). A curve that flattens means a floor of people who stay. A curve that keeps falling does not.
Two prices shown to two similar groups of real visitors (Chapter 11). The higher price often converts fewer people and still earns more. Put 0 for the cost to compare revenue only.
Score each source of protection from 0 to 5, with a line of evidence (Chapter 15). A score with no evidence is only a hope.
Answer yes or no to each of the ten readiness checks (Chapter 17). The first four are non-negotiable.
Write the rules while you can still think calmly (Chapter 18). When the day arrives, record what happened and see what your own page tells you to do.
One short line for each chapter, grouped in the six blocks. Your words stay in this browser only.
Your numbers stay in this browser only. Print it, keep it, change it as you learn.
